Brisbane ?!?

There was nothing special about Brisbane. I checked in my hostel the Global Palace which is very clean i must say. I stayed in the Embassy which is just 2 blocks from the central palace away. Brisbane is just a big city I think, maybe it’s just because its monday. Anyway in the evening I went to the Down Under Bar which was alright. Met 2 german girls  I was on Whitsundays with. Then later 2 people dropped their beer on my jeans. I left early as it wasn’t that special. Another thing bothering me is that alcohol is quite expensice. The cheapest jug for 7 bugs, I got like a mix of beer and limonda or something which was not good at all.

Noosa’s local partying scene

Yesterday I honestly was pretty tired. First Steve and me went to see the 2 Swedish girls and we played cards. We asked them if we all could go out, but they didn’t want because they were tired and wanted to play card games. Me I wanted to try the club Villa which is supposed to be good and left those girls. I wasn’t really polite and stuff to Sarah and her Swedish friend and I just left them and went to the Koalas Bar with Steve. We wanted to have fun and not playing cards so we got a cap to Villa later. Arriving in Villa it was shit didn’t like the location and people there. We left… I went to Sarah’s room to say sorry I better should have stayed with them. Yeah but that’s life…

Getting back from Fraser

This day was the last one, and a nice one as well. I mean because we were partying that much I couldn’t really sleep in the tent, I wasn’t able to breath because it was too hot.

It was 2am when we went to bed and it took quite long to fall asleep. Anyway I heard Dingos in the morning when I woke up. It was about 4.45 and I went myself to the ocean to watch the sunrise at about 5.15, it was amazing. Then only half an hour later it got so warm and the sun was shining bright. Furthermore I saw a lot of dingos in the morning and jumped into the car to do pictures and movies. Everyone got up and nearly and had a hang-over :-).

We left our camping place and headed up to lake McKenzie which was very nice, cristal clear water like in whithaven beach. It was amazing! There I also met a few guys I was travelling with. We got our ferry at about 4 and went back ate pizza for 10 bucks as much as we wanted and me I stayed in a friends unit to not spent any money for the hostel, because the bus was leaving at 8 in the morning. Organised a cap and got a few drinks and shower and went to bed.

Sunny Fraser Island

This day after the thunderstorm the night before was so fun. We went to the ship wreck and other sights of Fraser island. We saw lakes and creeks which we were swimming in. It was a lot of fun and I got a bit of a tan as well :-)

We were running out of fresh water so we headed to a shop in a resort, set up our tents and were having dinner and drinks. I got quite drunk and we celebrated the american girl’s birthday with muffins and candles. Everyone was having a great time except the girl from holland, she’s random. To be honest she was pissing me of a lot. However I had a great night!

Hanging around … Reading … Getting alcohol

This day was like the day before hanging around in shitty weather except for the time we got alcohol for tomorrow’s Fraser Island 4WD Self-Drive and camp Tour. Not to forget that I did read my first english book in australia :-) We had some really good pizza and softdrinks that evening.

Skydiving and moving on to Magnetic Island

The skydiving was alright that day, i mean i fucked it up a little because I didn’t really eat and drink in the morning so that made me nervous as well and i couldn’t do the right position after finishing the freefall, when your parachute opens. Yeah that made me a bit sick, whats the result of not getting into the best position they told me. They had people loosing concious but luckily I didn’t.

Anyway I got recognized the most stuff and yeah it was great anyway. Got a video as well and for the next time I promiss myself to take care more for myself. NEXT SKYDIVE NEWZEALAND I HOPE :-)

After about 4 hrs driving and 25 minutes ferry I arrived in Magnetic Island where I can only stay for one night because I couldn’t change my Whitsunday Sailing trip. I could have done it but I would have get a less good boat then the one I booked.

Diving, found Nemo :-)

Today I went diving with the Den Diving Company on a very new fast boat called SeaQuest in Cairns. We were only a few people so they were able to take more care for each of us, me especially I got one instructor for myself. It started very clowdy in Cairns but on the reef and later on it was amazing sunshine, clear water and good food on board :-) It was very nice, the 2nd reef wasn’t as good as the first one but yeah I saw a shark, nemo and heaps of more fishes. Yeah that’s it for today, it was amazing…

Cape Tribulation the 2nd

This day that guy from Israel and me we wanted to walk for 2 hours to the Creek, the Emmagen Creek. We stopped at the lookout to teh Cap Trib beach but unfortunately it was closed. Anyway we made our way to the creek. On the way then we got a lift which made the way not that long to walk. It was a pair from Melbourne. They also went to the creek which was really nice and I was able to play Tarzan lol I was jumping into the creek with the help of a swinging rope :-) After that we all went back to the beach. The water was that hot, it was like a bath and sitting in the water at the edge of the beach somehow many fishes were jumping or flying out of the water 2 or 3 times to our direction, in front of us. Pretty scary lol I was told there might be soem sharks frightening the fishes… Anyway they left and I decided to climb some rocks to have a better view of the beach. That guy from Israel left and yeah climbing up the rocks I met a girl. She was climbing teh rocks as well on her own (she was german btw lol) Anyway we had a nice talk and climbed back down to the beach. I didn’t have that much time because the bus was leaving at 4.30 so we all headed back (some guys we met on the way back to the hostel as well doing the Cap Trib tour). We were going back to Cairns, leaving that beautiful beach and the rainforest :-( Me I checked into the new Hostel, Global Palace and went partying with the guys I met on the tour.

Cape Tribulation

Early in the morning at about 7.50 I got picked up and we started our journey to Cape Tribulation with Adventure Tours. We made a few stops among Port Douglas and visited the Resort where we saw snakes, kangaroos, koalas, crocodiles and other australian animals…. it was nice. After that did a Daintree River Tour to see crocodiles and snakes in the wildlife. It was nice and the people doing the tour aswell mostly from england and germany were very nice as well. We had a great time. We arrived in Cape Trib at about half 4 and me and that english girl whos name I forgot (sorry lol) went to the Beach and took a few pictures. In the evening we all met to have a few drinks. Me I was a bit too tired and went to bed early.
