Calvin Klein F/W 2009 Photos

Calvin Klein F/W 2009 Here a little update, some new photos from the Calvin Klein Fashion Show.

It’s become pretty quiet in Hong Kong now and I’m thinking of going to Beijing/Shanghai for work. But I’m not too sure yet since economy isn’t too good anywhere and I’m doing well here.

Besides that I don’t wanna leave all my friends behind :-)

Anyway, stay tuned, check my facebook or flickr for new pictures…

Shut up, just Shup up!!!

shut-up1

The last few weeks I realised that keeping my mouth shut would have been a much better option. Hong Kong is too god damn small and there is too many people gossipping. But what do u expect hanging around people in fashion industry in a place like Hong Kong… *Sigh* Thanks to my very good friends Sean and Anthony for supporting me and trying to prevent me from any shit that is happening :-)

This weekend was my first week out in a “long” time in HK. I was suprised that Dragon I was so empty on friday as well as saturday, people seem to get bored of it and go to places like Beijing Club, Play and Volar as usual :-)

Apart from that, I’m thinking of getting my first tattoo eva!!! I’m still not too sure what motive and how big… but I gues it will be something subtle as I still need to get some jobs :-)

Stay tuned!!!

Wanchai / Taipei / Swine Flu / Lee Campaign

Hey guys, these recent weeks have been crazy… ups and downs. Most of you might have noticed my status titles changing more frequently than ever before. Tho I have been a little lazy but  update my blog :-) So here we go…

Wanchai – Getting robbed….

First incident was that my bag including my phone, wallet, id, driver’s license, credit cards, bank cards, clothing, invisalign braces and other stuff got stolen while playing basketball with my best mate Anthony. We put the bag underneath the basket next to where everyone else had their bags. Oh btw… my friends Iphone keys etc got stolen too since he put them in my bag too.

We were checking our stuff a few times having something to drink. But after we changed sides and the game was finished we couldnt find it anymore. Not only that all my stuff got stolen, a friend of mine was waiting around that area to meet up with me and go for dinner and I couldn’t find or call her. So I went back to my agency canceled all my cards etc and arranged everything to get all my SH*T sorted out.

I was soooo pissed! DON’T EVER LEAVE UR STUFF WITH ANYONE IN WANCHAI, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Taipei – 3 Days Trip

02052009063Luckily I left my passport at home. Otherwise my 3-Day-Trip to Taipei would have never happened. Many people ask me why Taipei is such a big deal for me? There is certainly more reasons to go to Taipei than the ones I’m gonna mention now. I love Taipei because of the people that live there, they are friendly, laid back and the whole living atmosphere is much more relaxed. It is also much cheaper than living in a really tiny apartment in Hong Kong. You see a lot more green and beaches are not far away either. I also find the air pollution a lot less than in Hong Kong / Mainland China. There is another reason I try not to mention here, but people who know me won’t find it hard to guess :-)

02052009044

3 days in Taipei are way to short short to spend enough quality time with everyone, and I’m sorry for everyone I didn’t have the chance to say hello. Most of the time I spent with my friends Laney, David Barker and David Lin . Thanks for making my stay in Taipei so enjoyable.  We did a lot of walking, shopping, eating and partying :-) Not much time for big day trips or anything since it was labours day on friday and long weekend. Too many people out…..

02052009084

I really enjoyed all the food in Taipei, like everytime I come back. Must have been the 4th or 5th time now that I went to Taipei… Damn that means a lot :-) I met great new people and old friends, too manyto mention everyone here.

Guys I miss you a lot!!!!

See you very soon, I’m already planning my next trip.

Returning to Hong Kong – Swine Flu

Hong Kong Airport Express - During Swine FluFlight from Taipei to Hong Kong was delayed by approx. 40 minutes. Before taking off I got myself some masks, as it was recommended to wear them in plane as well as in crowded places and public transport. This is me in the Airport Express returning to Hong Kong city on a sunday night!

Seems like this year is not the best at all, first financial crisis and then the swine flu. Everything affecting economy and ofc my work too. I pretty much made double the amount of money than what I make this year. I hope things will be better soon for all of us. So guys, how much worse can it get?

Work on Monday – Lee Campaign

Lee Campaign ShootMonday then was the shoot for Lee. Starting at 11 am and finsihing work at about 1.30 am … Been a crazy long day. And guess what happened after, I got a sick again! So now I’m resting again and the sun is shining outside :-(

Hope the next days, weeks will be better…

That’s about it for now.

Cheers, bye, stay tuned!!!!

Lazy Snaps by Sean K – HK Update

Testshoot HKHey guys… Just wanting to update you with a few new pics from Kevin’s Testshoot. Check my latest photos on Flickr or on my official Website! Kevin is a good friend of mine so you might as well check his work: fotop.net/Kevinmins!

Apart from that I had one casting today where I met a guy called Sean. The funny thing is that later that day my friend Anthony said he would have some photos taken by him. He showed me his profile and said I definitely want to introduce you to this guy. I was surprised when I realized that I actually met him that day at the casting :-) Hong Kong is such a small place!

Adidas House Party 6009

Me in a Ocean of Adidas Balls :-)

Hey guys, apart from the economy effecting pretty much all the places I have been going to Hong Kong / China is still ok. Guys apparently do much harder then girls so lets hope it will pick up.

Apart from that there hasn’t been much happening regarding Parties, Shows etc in Hong Kong. This is why everyone tried to be at the Adidas House Party. It was packed and not everyone was able to make it in as it was by invitation. I want to thank my friends Tricia and Anthony and everyone else for making this night incredible. Even tho I lost you guys in the end .. haha

I had great fun and wish to see everyone again who I met or I didn’t get to meet this time. The next morning I had to get up at 6.30 am to to go China for a 4 hr job… A Topic of its own so I’m not going too much into detail now. Everyone who has already worked in China knows what I’m talking about.I got back to Hong Kong at 9pm !

Anyway…

For more photos check my facebook or my flickr!

Hong Kong Sickness

Hey guys, I just wanted to say that I arrived in Hong Kong, finally. First 1.5 weeks was really slow, castings and no Jobs. I’m a little worried since last year I worked everyday even twice sometimes. Anyway let’s hope for the best. I have Jobs on Monday and Tuesday and some Options…. it’s coming :-)

Apart from that I was very sick…. haven’t been that sick in a while. Doctor said it was a flu and after seeing him the second time I said I need some Antibiotics… And there you go. I’m better now…

I’ll be flying to Xiamen (China) today and stay overnight for my job on Monday. After that I fly back to Guangzhou for a job. So if any of you guys is hanging around there let me know :-)

Oh btw.. someone just told me that his boss is checking people’s identity on Google? He asked me to rename his Username on some sites so he wouldnt be found. First thing I did of course is I googled my name. And guess what, I found myself on several sites with all my pictures – I hope my boss wouldnt mind seeing them on the net :-) If so it will be a nightmare to remove all these…

Studies – My Plans – Hong Kong I’m coming – again :-)

Hey guys, wow it’s been very tough the last 2 months. Loads of decisions were being made and I’m kinda exhausted. The fact I went to Milano and to a few castings in Germany it hasn’t been that great for me this time. But that may hopefully just be the result of me being stressed out by german bureaucracy and deciding which school I will be studying in August. The fact being in Germany for 2.5 years studies missing all my friends all over the world and most of them in Australia and Asia. Puhhhhh well as long as the german government is supporting the studies I”m going to do I may as well take advantage of that.

I will be studying International Marketing Management at the European Academy for Economy and Languages (EWS) in Dresden. It’s private school for 2.5 years and I get my Diploma in Dresden. After those 2.5 years I’ll be doing a my Bachelor of Arts ( one more year ) in any of their Partner Schools in the States, UK or Germany… maybe even somewhere else if I get all my study points credited.

For those people who don’t really know Dresden, it’s a city in Saxonia, East Germany. It’s a beautiful city … so far that’s about it :-( This is another reason why I’m a little down in the dumps, I’m still not sure if that was the right choice. I love Berlin, its so much more vibrant, alive and international than Dresden.

Kadl standing next to me in Beijing

Kadl standing next to me in Beijing

So why would I choose studying in Dresden then you would think, well 2 reasons there are. First, it is MUCH cheaper to study in Dresden since its in a different state than Berlin. Secondly I guess I’ll have more time studying than in Berlin. Berlin is tooooo much fun, great Parties, great people and always something to do. => And there you go, I’d be just partying and doing other things I guess. So maybe it was a good decision to stay in Dresden. It’s gotta be, 2.5 years isn’t too long. I couldn’t imagine doing my Bachelor there too. So at least I have something to look forward to after I finish my Diploma in Germany :-)

Levis

Levis

That’s pretty much about it. Oh no wait, today I got an email from my old classmate. She send me a photo of me on a billboard in china with another classmate of mine. Thanks Sabine for sending me this picture.

Anyway, the last thing I’m about to say is, that I’ll be going to Hong Kong again. In about 2 weeks time on the 16th of february. I’m sooooo much looking forward to it! Be prepared :-)

And because one picture is not enough, here is another of me for Levis in Shanghai’s subway :-)

P.S. Sorry for any spelling and grammar mistakes, it’s quite late and I just came back from the gym, still hurts since I haven’t being going there for a while hehe
